Emergency Appliance Repair LLC Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient service and scheduling, please cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

How to Cancel:

• During Business Hours: Contact us by phone at  (980) 252-8688 to confirm your cancellation directly with a team member.
• After Hours: Please leave a detailed voicemail including your name, address, and appointment time.

Same-Day Appointments:

For same-day bookings, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment time.

Missed or Late Cancellations:

If cancellation guidelines are not followed, a call fee will apply:

• $85+tax

Payments for missed or late cancellations are due within 24 hours of the original appointment.

Business Hours:

Our hours may vary on holidays or for other reasons. Regular hours are:

• Monday to Friday: from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
